The Faifa Mountains rise up to a height of around 7,000 feet (2,134 meters) above sea level and cover an area of nearly 373 square miles (600 square kilometers). The range is known for its lush greenery, which is a stark contrast to the surrounding desert.
This greenery is due to the mountains' relatively high rainfall, which allows for a variety of plants, flowers, and herbs to flourish. The high peaks of the Faifa Mountains are also home to a number of seasonal crops, including grains, fruits, vegetables, and aromatic plants.
